The same information gets typed into two systems, and they still disagree.

Connect the systems you already pay for

Most businesses do not need another tool. They need the tools they already have to exchange information without a person in the middle re-typing it.

Problems we solve

Where this usually starts.

Double entry

The same record created by hand in two or more systems.

Manual exports

A recurring routine of downloading a file from one system and uploading it to another.

Stale data

Reports built on information that was accurate at some point last week.

No API

A system that holds critical data and offers no documented way to get it out.

What we build

Typical solutions.

  • API design and development
  • CRM, ERP and accounting integrations
  • Payment and billing integrations
  • Data synchronisation and pipelines
  • Webhook and event handling
  • Scheduled and triggered automation

What is included

Every engagement covers.

  • Discovery and requirements
  • UX and interface design
  • Architecture and data modelling
  • Development and code review
  • API design and integration
  • Testing and QA
  • Deployment and production setup
  • Documentation
  • Handover of code and accounts

Technology we commonly use

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • Webhooks
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL

Chosen per project against the requirement — not a fixed stack, and not a list of everything we have ever touched.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

What if the system we use has no API?

There are usually options — a database connection, scheduled file exchange, or a vendor endpoint that is undocumented but present. Occasionally the honest answer is that it cannot be automated safely, and we would rather say that than build something fragile.

What happens when an integration breaks?

Integrations fail for reasons outside anyone control: an API changes, a credential expires, a provider has an outage. We build in monitoring and alerting so you find out from us rather than from a customer, and design retries so a brief outage does not lose data.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. Integration work often sits alongside an internal team or another vendor, and we are comfortable being one part of that rather than owning everything.

You don’t need a finished specification. Describe the problem, the existing process or the product idea, and we’ll take it from there.
