About Incitari
Incitari was created around a simple idea: a business should be able to commission software without unnecessary complexity, unclear ownership, or layers of communication between the people paying for the work and the people doing it. That idea shapes how we run an engagement, from the first conversation to handover.
What we believe
Five positions, held in practice.
Every firm claims quality and communication. These are specific enough to be held to — and they shape what we will and will not agree to.
Technology exists to solve problems
Not to demonstrate sophistication. The measure of a system is whether the work got easier, not which frameworks it uses.
Customers should own their technology
Code, repositories, cloud accounts, domains and production infrastructure in your name from day one — not handed over at the end, if the relationship ends well.
Scope should be understandable
You should be able to read what you are buying and recognise it. If a proposal needs an interpreter, it is hiding something.
Communication should be direct
You talk to the people writing the code. No account layer relaying messages to a team you never meet.
Software should remain maintainable
Built so another team could pick it up. That is a deliberate constraint on how we build, and the reason we avoid clever solutions to ordinary problems.
The company
Nashville, Tennessee.
Incitari Technologies LLC is a limited liability company registered in Tennessee and based in Nashville. We work with businesses across the United States, and for those nearby in Middle Tennessee we are close enough to meet in person — which is usually worth doing at least once, early.
The name is Latin. Incitare means to urge forward, to set in motion, to spur into greater speed. Incitari is the passive form — to be set in motion. It seemed a better fit for what software should do to a business than anything invented.
Being straight about it
We are new.
Incitari was formed in 2026. You will not find a client list, testimonials or a case-study archive on this site, because inventing them would be the first dishonest thing we did.
What we offer instead is verifiable: a registered US entity, a defined process, scope agreed in writing before work starts, and an ownership position that makes leaving easy. Judge those. If you want references before committing to something substantial, ask — we would rather have that conversation than avoid it.

You don’t need a finished specification. Describe the problem, the existing process or the product idea, and we’ll take it from there.
