Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Incitari Technologies LLC (“Incitari”, “we”, “us”) collects throughincitari.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with and what rights you have over it.

In short: we collect what you type into the contact form or the chat, and — only if you accept cookies — anonymous analytics about how the site is used. Chat conversations are deleted after 24 hours unless you ask us to get in touch. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we are

Incitari Technologies LLC is a software development company registered in Tennessee and based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. For any question about this policy or your information, contactinfo@incitari.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We ask for nothing else, and none of it is required before you choose to contact us.

Information collected automatically with your enquiry

To keep the form usable and to prevent abuse, the following is recorded alongside a submission:

DataWhy
IP addressRate limiting, so one sender cannot flood the form
CountryContext on the enquiry; derived from the IP by Cloudflare
Time taken to complete the formSubmissions completed in under three seconds are automated, not human

This information is included in the email we receive. It is not used to build a profile of you and is not shared for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful and how people arrive at the site. These are disabled until you accept cookies. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent.

Where analytics are active they collect pages viewed, approximate location (city-level, from IP), device and browser type, referring site, and whether you submitted the contact form. Google anonymises IP addresses for GA4 by default.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect payment or card details through this website.
  • We do not collect special category data (health, biometrics, beliefs).
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
  • We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

The chat assistant

The chat window on this site is answered by software, not a person. It is labelled as such in the window itself. It is there to answer questions about what we do and to pass a message to us if you want one passed on.

What you type is sent to Anthropic PBC, whose model generates the reply. We do not use your conversation to train any model, and Anthropic states that by default it does not train its models on inputs or outputs from its commercial API, which is what this site uses. The assistant is given the public content of this website to answer from; it has no access to any client work, to any other visitor’s conversation, or to anything else.

DataWhy
Your messages and the repliesSo the assistant can follow the conversation rather than restarting each time
A random session identifierLinks your messages together. It is not tied to your name or to any account
The page you were onContext, if you ask us to get in touch
IP addressRate limiting, so one sender cannot flood the service
Whether you rated a reply helpfulSo we can improve answers that miss the mark

Conversations are deleted automatically from the chat system after 24 hours. Before then, twice a day, recent conversations are included in a summary email to our team, so we can see which questions the site does not answer well. If you pass your details on, through the form in the chat or by typing them, that conversation is saved and emailed to us as an enquiry like any other. Both are kept on the same terms as our other enquiry emails — see How long we keep it below. If you tick “Email me a copy”, we also send the conversation to the address you gave, once.

Please do not type anything into the chat you would not put in an email. If you would rather not use it at all, everything it can tell you is on this site, and you can reach a person on +1 (615) 424-4155 or at info@incitari.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

California residents additionally have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any right, emailinfo@incitari.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are transmitted encrypted, API credentials are held as encrypted secrets rather than in our source code, and the contact form is protected by several layers of abuse prevention. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Once you follow such a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their practices.
